About Yates Management

Andrew Yates is the CEO of Yates Management, where he oversees operations, acquisitions, and the systems that drive consistent performance. With over 20 years of multi-family real estate experience and an operational foundation shaped by his family’s business in the trades, he brings a hands-on, disciplined approach to property Management.

 Since 2005, Andrew has developed, renovated, flipped, and managed residential and multi-family properties, building deep expertise in process-driven operations and improving performance through strong day-to-day execution. He founded Yates Management in 2016 with a clear mission: treating everyone with respect and ensuring that every aspect of our operations is executed with integrity, efficiency, and excellence.

Outside of work, Andrew recently served as Chair of the Board for the Findlay-Hancock County Economic Development Council Advisory Board. He previously served as an Elder at his church and currently serves on its Finance Committee. He enjoys spending time with his family and cooking.

Mariana Magaña is the Executive Operations Assistant at Yates Management, where she supports the CEO and helps keep teams connected, priorities clear, and day-to-day work running smoothly.

With 10+ years of experience supporting executive-level operations and remote teams worldwide, she’s known for her calm follow-through, strong communication, and ability to bring structure to fast-moving work. She focuses on cross-team coordination, process and CRM improvements, and building clear documentation that helps people do their best work. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Mariana is currently pursuing a Law degree and also holds a technical degree as an Educational Assistant.

Outside of work, she loves connecting with people from all walks of life, learning about their cultures and hearing their stories, often over a cup of coffee.

Cesar Robledo is the Property Operations Manager at Yates Management, where he manages leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations.

With over a decade of customer service experience and more than four years in property management, he is known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication to creating a smooth experience for residents. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Cesar holds a technical degree as a Bilingual Executive Assistant and is currently pursuing a Marketing degree.

Outside of work, he enjoys painting, watching movies, visiting museums, and reading horror novels.

Jasmine Pacheco is the Resident Service Coordinator at Yates Management, where she works on-site assisting residents and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. She provides guidance and information to residents, conducts property showings, processes bills, and completes move-out inspections to help maintain well-kept and organized properties. 

With two years of reception experience, she brings strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable attitude, and the ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environments. She provides excellent service and creates positive experiences for residents. She speaks English and is currently learning Spanish in her free time to better connect with the community she serves. 

Outside of work, she enjoys visiting museums, learning about history, discovering new things, and connecting with others, especially over a good Mexican meal.
